Summer is well and truly here and to celebrate we have created 3 seasonal summer specials that will transport you to the sunny beaches of Thailand.
To start we’ve created ‘Poh Pia Na Miah’ – fresh summer spring rolls that are packed with fresh vegetables and herbs. Then for mains the star of the show – our mixed seafood platter. Sukhothai senior chefs have put together a platter of fresh, seasonal seafood which includes king prawns, squid, giant mussels and steamed seabass wrapped in a banana leaf – served fresh from the grill with a spicy seafood sauce. A perfect dish for a summers eve.
We’ve also brought back a popular special from March, which is our ‘Gang Kiew Wan Avocado Gai Tod’ – sliced chicken breast, dusted in flour and deep fried, served in a rich green curry sauce with the addition of avocado. An equally perfect summer dish.
Our wine of the month this month is Prosecco Corte Alta NV, a delicate and aromatic aperitif with fine bubbles and a fruity finish – the perfect accompaniment to our mixed seafood platter.
