With summer almost over we have the last of our summer specials available for September. Next month will feature our autumn specials, but for September we are hoping for some more good weather and themed our specials around that.
To start we’ve brought back ‘Poh Pia Na Miah’ – fresh summer spring rolls that are packed with fresh vegetables and herbs, these very popular specials featured on our August menu – due to their popularity we have kept them on for another month. For mains Ban herself has created a spicy seafood fried rice, which contains a generous amount of prawns, squid, mussels and all topped with a fillet of salmon – named ‘Khow Pad Khun Ban’. And the final main is ‘Narak Pak’ which translated in to English is ‘cute vegetables’, this dish is full of seasonal mixed veg stir-fried soy sauce.
Our wine of the month is Adorno Pinot Grigio Rose, a beautiful pale pink rose that pairs perfectly with Khow Pad Khun Ban.
