With summer fast approaching, we have created another 3 brand new specials available for June only.
To start, this month we’ve created a special vegetarian starter, named ‘Tamarind Tofu’, which comprises of sweet Thai tamarind sauce, with crisp golden chunks of tofu – a perfect start to any Thai meal.
For mains we have another 2 brand new dishes. ‘Rue Ta Le’ – crispy breaded prawns, with crispy seaweed, served floating on a lake of green curry sauce. And, ‘Pla Samoon Pri’ – a whole sea bass, deep-fried until golden, served with a mixture of Thai herbs and spices, and topped with a fiery chilli dressing.
To go with this month’s specials, we have put together some complimentary drinks that pair perfectly with each of the dishes – Penfolds Autumn Riesling and Hendricks Gin paired with Double Dutch cucumber and watermelon mixer.
